    Let, it’s good that the Phils have a few trail runs. Here in the U.S., we take it for granted with all the road races, especially in the more popular running areas like the S.F. area. In advance, good luck in the upcoming trail race. I’m thinking of doing one later in June.

      there is also the “king of the mountain” next week. so there would be two trail runs for this month, and i will be joining both (hope i don’t hurt myself). thanks for dropping by. take care on your races. see you soon. 🙂
